Applications will be accepted until August 1, 2025, or until all vendor spaces are filled, whichever comes first.
Food
$1,200
plus $100 refundable cleaning deposit

You are required to bring your own 10x10 setup.
For custom setups, specify size on application. - Certificate of Insurance (COI) REQUIRED. Proof must be provided prior to the event. One million ($1,000,000) per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate limit. Auto Liability required to drive into event premises to load and teardown.
Upon approval you will be emailed the Additional Insured, Coverage Requirements, Dates of Coverage and Certificate Holder information. - TEMPORARY FOOD FACILITY (TFF) HEALTH PERMIT required prior to the event. Fee not included.
Once approved for the event you will receive an email from us with a prefilled event health permit application. You are required to complete and submit your health permit application paperwork directly to OC Health Dept. CLICK HERE for more information. - Tent, Food Screens, Flooring (tarp), Tables, LED lights, electrical cords NOT included. You must provide your own.
Please note that the event will take place on grass. As required by the OC Health Department, you must provide flooring in your booth area, such as a tarp or other suitable ground covering. - Gray water dump, trash dump roll-off bins, and electricity are provided. A 3-way compartmental sink and water will be available for use.

10x10 canopy, one 6’ fold up table, 2 chairs provided by the Festival.
